This document affects the data processing performed on all platforms and tools developed by Inples Co., ltd and offered on the website www.inples.io and their subdomains.
Use of Inples services implies explicit agreement to this Privacy Policy. This document governs the processing of all personal data of users. In addition to the Personal Data Policy, it also provides, in the case of registered users, a password policy for access to the service and security measures in place to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing, modifying or deleting our files.
Data collected
Data collected by Inples include:
- Personal information provided by you during the registration process, such as your username, first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone numbers, access password, physical address, type and identity document. Any fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory and the data they request must be entered or the corresponding request will not be processed.
If you register by identifying yourself using your Google account information, we will have access to your Google username, email address, name ID and image. You should be informed of this before you use Google to gain access, although in any case we recommend that you read Google’s terms of use before you do so for details of the relevant consequences.
If you additionally wish to synchronize your Google Drive account to automate sign-ups to Inples, we will access the Drive folder you specify for this purpose and a new folder will be created with this feature.
Information about the transactions and payments you make through the services.
Data resulting from your access to and use of the services we offer, including requests or offers, activity on our server logs, your browser settings, the IP address you use to gain access, and the web pages requested. - For intellectual property services, we will process data related to registered works, such as their title, type, licenses, rights, the file containing the work, and interactions such as accessing it and downloading or reproducing it.
- Cookies and similar technologies to improve the performance of our platforms, keep sessions open and tailor user interactions, and to collect anonymous statistics about Internet usage. More information can be found in our Cookie Policy.
How we use data
Inples only collects data that is necessary to provide the requested services. For this purpose, your data will be used so that we can:
- To process Inples services in accordance with the Legal Terms and Conditions; to comply with our administrative, tax and accounting obligations; and to manage customer inquiries and service requests, all of which are necessary to ensure the provision of our services.
- Analyze visits, traffic and browsing on our websites in accordance with our Cookie Policy, all in accordance with your consent.
- When you use mobile apps, data will additionally be collected about your Google Play or Apple Store ID, device, operating system and version, usage and features used. In addition, contact information, saved files or data connection may also be accessed. Relevant information and access permissions must be specified at the time you download and install such applications.
- Contacting you in case of incidents.
- Provide anonymous reports to both internal and external customers.

The data you have publicly shared
If you use Inples Intellectual Property Registration Services, the only information we will publicly disclose about you on www.inples.io will be information about your public registrations, including:
- Name or pseudonym given when registering the work.
- Title of the work.
- Identification code of the work.
- Type of work.
- Description.
- Date and time of registration.
- Rights policy for the work.
- Hash sum of the work file
- Transaction confirmation hash in the Etherium blockchain.
The content of the work and other data will only be made available to third parties at your discretion.
You may access your personal information, change the privacy of your information within the limits set for the service, and, if you so choose, update or delete your personal information in your account control panel whenever you wish. In the latter case, your data may be locked as a precautionary measure without immediate deletion to prevent accidental deletion or removal by third parties.
External processing
In general terms, Inples stores your data for the time necessary to carry out the relevant procedures in accordance with the aforementioned purposes and duly blocks them thereafter until the expiry of the statute of limitations of any possible legal obligations arising from the above.
With regard to registered users, their data shall be stored for as long as the contractual relationship lasts and they do not cancel their registration until the expiration of the statute of limitations of any possible legal obligations that may arise.
We will retain your data indefinitely for the purpose of sending marketing communications, although you may withdraw your consent from time to time and exercise your right to have said data erased or to object to the aforementioned processing.
The foregoing is without prejudice to the storage of any browsing data collected through cookies and other similar technologies, the processing and storage of which is in accordance with the provisions set out in our Cookie Policy.
