Customer: Photographer
The photographer is engaged in professional real estate photography. The rights to the photos were deposited in 2020, but in 2021 the photographer discovered their images on a real estate listing aggregator website.
A letter was sent demanding the removal of the photos, which went unanswered. This became the basis for a lawsuit to be filed with the court. In the course of the lawsuit, the defendant changed from the aggregator site to the real estate agency that placed the ad on the aggregator site.
Objectives:
- Remove photos from the ad aggregator’s website.
- Obtain voluntary or judicial reimbursement of damages for infringement of intellectual property rights.
What was done:
- The photographer independently sent a claim to the aggregator site with an offer of voluntary compensation for damages. The aggregator site did not respond to the letter, which was the reason for filing a lawsuit.
- The photographer’s lawyers provided the court with copies of the deposit certificate and documents confirming the photographer’s exclusive rights to the photo.
Result:
Because the photographer had deposited his work in advance, court proof of authorship was simplified and the court granted the claim in full.

Customer: Blogger millionaire
A millionaire blogger is the author of the work «Marathon of Wishes Training Marathon».
The author’s legal team discovered a pirated copy of the work on an unnamed website hosted by the hosting provider Cloudflare, Inc.
The lawyers wrote a letter to the company to stop creating technical conditions for hosting, distributing and any other use of the work on the respective site as an information intermediary.
